Main events, lodging and meals will be at the Sleepy Hollow Conference Center, Tarrytown, including Saturday afternoon workshops and paper sessions, Saturday vendor area, Saturday afternoon NYSOA delegates meetings, and the Saturday night banquet and keynote speaker.

Most of the Saturday and Sunday morning field trips are within 15-30 minutes of the hotel at Long Island Sound and Hudson River shoreline locations as well as local birding hotspots and Important Bird Areas such as Rockefeller State Park Preserve, Croton Point Park, Teatown Lake Reservation, Marshlands Conservancy and Edith Read Sanctuary, State Line Lookout, Fahnestock State Park. Carpooling will be encouraged.
