  • Friday Night Reception | food cost included in registration
    4:30pm to 7:30 pm
    Light eats offered with cash bar reception.
    Outdoor Terrace & Vendor Area.
  • Friday Night Light Eats and Bird Quiz Admission | adds $25
    Light eats buffet served 6:30-7:30pm | Quiz 7:30-8:15 pm

    A light eats buffet will be served in the same area as the Bird Quiz being run by the New York State Young Birders Club. Your purchase allows ticketed entry to both the dinner and the Quiz.  To play in the Quiz, enjoy your dinner at a table marked for Quiz Players, joining in a team with others at that table. Or enjoy your dinner at an Observer table and watch the fun.
  • Saturday and Sunday Field Trip Breakfast Bag | adds $12/bag
    A packed breakfast will available for those attending field trips. These are planned to contain a fresh baked item (from Baked by Susan), piece of fruit, Kind bar or equivalent, juice, and water.
  • Saturday Lunch | adds $18
    11:30am to 12:45pm
    A lunch buffet will be served in the same room as the paper sessions with ticketed access to the buffet but the room will be open to all, including those who have bought lunches elsewhere. Soft drinks and coffee/tea/herbal tea also offered in buffet area.
  • Saturday Reception | food cost included in registration
    4:30pm to 6:00pm
    Light eats offered with cash bar reception.
    Outdoor Terrace & Vendor Area.
  • Saturday dinner | adds $85
    5:30pm to 8:30pm
    Full buffet dinner including appetizers, salads, entrée (chicken, salmon or vegetarian, selected during registration), dessert, sodas, coffee/tea. The buffet line will open at 5:30 pm and be open until 7:30 pm to accommodate our unexpectedly large attendance. A cash bar will be available until 7:30 pm. Soft drinks and coffee/tea/herbal tea also offered in buffet area. This meal includes our keynote speaker David Allen Sibley and NYSOA awards.
Sleepy Hollow Hotel offers a breakfast/brunch buffethot and cold cereals, freshly baked pastries, bagels and lox, seasonal fruits, omelets made to order, gourmet salads, assorted cheeses, coffee & tea, assorted juicesfor $32/person and served 7:30 am to 12:00 pm on Sunday to Friday. Note that this hotel breakfast buffet is NOT available on Saturday mornings. 
 
(Of note: refrigerator and Keurig machine are in all hotel rooms. )
