or call 914-631-5700 and use this GROUP CODE: River0923
This will provide the above rate for your choice of Thursday,
Friday and/or Saturday
nights.  Sunday does NOT have a conference rate.
If you want to stay Sunday, call to request a “same room stay,” and
as of 8/3 the Sunday night rate was $179/night.

  • Every hotel reservation under our GROUP CODE River 0923 help to support this conference because a certain number of hotel room reservations are needed to support the cost of the conference space.
  • If you want to extend your stay, the special conference GROUP CODE rate is also available on Thursday night through same web link above (or through a call to the hotel.)
  • For Sunday, there is NOT a conference rate.  Sunday night stays best arranged by calling hotel to specify that you want a “same room stay.”
  • Room amenities include in-room refrigerator and Keurig coffee/tea maker.
  • Venue Bonus: Take a 45-minute Metro North train ride from Tarrytown along the Hudson River to Grand Central Station.  Add some NYC before or after your NYSOA weekend or offer this alternate activity for your accompanying family or friends.
  • Low-cost rustic cabins as well as tent and RV camping are also available at Croton Point County Park, space permitting. Those reservations are available by calling Croton Point Park at 914-862-5290. (Cabin rentals for two nights are roughly half the cost of the hotel rooms and can sleep ~4 people. Some have in-cabin bathrooms.  A shower house is nearby if not. All cabins have basic kitchen facilities with stove and refrigerator. Some have microwaves. All cabins are also *very* rustic with, for example, wooden box beds, no carpeting nor window blinds. Air mattresses are much recommended to supplement the provided foam mattress pads.)
