- REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
- Conference registration was required to attend workshops and field trips and to choose meal options, including any attendance at Saturday night’s dinner with David Sibley.
- However, a Meals Only registration was available on the registration form AT NO COST for those NOT attending field trips or workshops AND who are registering at the same time with a participant who does purchase a Full registration.
- Meals Only registration at NO COST was also available for those who are a vendor or presenter and who will not be attending field trips or workshops.
- Successful registrations received an email confirmation within a few minutes after registering online. This was sent to the email address you entered for your billing contact. Please contact info@nybirders.org if you do not receive this email confirmation. (As usual, also be sure to check your Spam email folder first.)
- PLEASE NOTE: Online registration will not be publicly available after September 8.
- To check if any workshop or field trip space is available after September 8, email us at info@nybirders.org.
- We cannot accommodate any meal reservations after September 8.
- It is very uncertain whether we will be able to accommodate walk-in registrations for workshops and field trips during the event weekend.
- Full registration of $100/person is required to attend workshops and field trips.
- Please email us in advance and don’t just show up at the conference, please.
Refund Timeline
- We will offer a full refund of any registration and meals charges until June 30.
- From July 1 to August 31, we will offer a 50% refund of any registration and meal charges.
- After August 31, we cannot offer any refunds.
Registration Changes or Additions
- You can make changes to your registration package — meals, field trips and workshops — until August 31, 2023.
- To change your registration package, send an email with all details to info@nybirders.org and we will advise on payment options for any additional charges. (Note above refund terms.)
