Vendor Area Details
Our vendor area will provide 8-foot covered tables (1-2 per application) and chairs, and can provide electrical access at no extra charge, if requested. Free WiFi access is available to all.
Conference participants will have contact with the vendor area during the following times
- Friday afternoon registration
4:00pm to 6:00pm - Friday evening reception/Bird Quiz,
4:30pm to 8:00pm - Saturday afternoon lunch and workshops,
11:00am through 4:00pm - Saturday afternoon reception
4:30pm to 6:00pm
Friday and Saturday night receptions will be held beside and within the vendor area.
There is a locked room for use by vendors both Friday and Saturday nights, if helpful for overnight secure storage.

We invited both commercial and nonprofit vendors as well as individual artisans to offer nature, birding and outdoor-themed merchandise to our conference participants. We also welcomed agencies and other not-for-profit organizations.

Large business $200 >20 employees
Agencies (local/state/federal): vendor fee not charged with at least one paid conference registration for employee(s).
